Bacon-Wrapped Chicken - Chicken wrapped in our hardwood-smoked, honey-cured bacon.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season them with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
Take the bacon slices and wrap them around each chicken breast. Make sure to cover each breast completely with bacon.
In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the bacon-wrapped chicken breasts and sear them for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the bacon is crispy.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Remove the skillet from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
