Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Ron Zacapa rum, cherry brandy, grated ginger, and pineapple juice. Shake well until chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.
Add Soda
Top off the drink with soda water to taste.
Garnish
Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a couple of mint leaves for a refreshing touch.
