Preparation

1

Prepare the Fruits

Wash the strawberries and blueberries under cold water. Hull the strawberries and chop them into smaller pieces. Peel the mango, remove the pit, and chop the flesh into cubes.

2

Make the Simple Syrup

In a small saucepan, combine the granulated sugar and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let it cool.

Blending and Freezing

3

Blend the Ingredients

In a blender, combine the prepared strawberries, mango, blueberries, lemon juice, and the cooled simple syrup. Blend until smooth and well combined.

4

Freeze the Mixture

Pour the blended fruit mixture into a shallow container. Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for about 2-3 hours, or until it starts to freeze.

5

Scrape and Serve

After 2-3 hours, remove the mixture from the freezer. Use a fork to scrape the frozen edges and stir it towards the center. Return it to the freezer for another 1-2 hours. Once it's fully frozen, serve in bowls or cones.
