Juicing Instructions

1

Prepare the Carrots

Wash and peel the medium-sized carrots. Cut them into smaller pieces to fit into the juicer.

2

Juice the Carrots

Place the carrot pieces into the juicer. Juice until you have about 1 cup of fresh carrot juice.

3

Add Lemon and Sweetness

In a mixing bowl, combine the carrot juice with lemon juice and honey. Stir well until the honey is dissolved.

4

Add Ginger

Grate the ginger and add it to the carrot juice mixture, stirring to combine.

5

Dilute with Water

Add 1 cup of water to the mixture to thin out the carrot juice as desired. Stir well and set aside.

Cocktail Assembly

6

Prepare the Glass

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes to chill the mixture.

7

Mix the Cocktail

Pour the prepared carrot juice mixture into the shaker. Add 2 oz of organic quinoa vodka. Shake well for about 15-20 seconds.

8

Serve the Cocktail

Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice cubes.

9

Garnish

Garnish your drink with fresh mint leaves and a couple of carrot sticks for a decorative touch.
