Flavor & Sweetness

Method

Base Shake

1

Combine dairy and dry

Add 1 cup low-fat milk, 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1.5 scoops vanilla whey protein, and 1/4 cup rolled oats to a high-speed blender.

2

Add fruit

Add 1 sliced frozen banana to the blender to provide natural sweetness and creaminess.

Performance Boosters

3

Add supplements

To the blender add 5 g creatine monohydrate, 1.6 g beta-alanine, and 1 tbsp ground chia seeds. These provide strength, endurance buffering, and sustained energy.

4

Flavor enhancers

Add 1 tsp instant coffee (or 1 tsp cooled espresso) and 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder to introduce a mild caffeine lift and chocolate note that complements the vanilla protein.

Flavor & Sweetness

5

Sweeten and chill

Add 1 tsp honey or maple syrup, 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract, and 6 ice cubes. The sweetener balances bitterness from coffee and cocoa; ice creates a cold, thick texture.

6

Blend

Blend on high for 45-60 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth and the oats are fully incorporated. If the shake is too thick, add 2-4 tbsp extra milk and blend again to reach desired consistency.

Garnish (optional)

7

Serve

Pour the BTI Sport shake into a 16–20 oz glass. Sprinkle 1 tsp cocoa nibs or dark chocolate shavings and 1/2 tsp extra chia seeds on top for texture and presentation.

8

Consume within 30 minutes of preparation for best taste and to take advantage of the performance ingredients. Stir before drinking if any settling occurs.
