Cocktail Base

3 tbs Alizé (Passion Fruit & Mango liqueur or similar)1 1/2 tbs Vodka2 tbs Orange juice (fresh preferred)1 tbs Pineapple juice

Mixer & Sparkle

2 tbs Club soda (or sparkling water)1/2 tbs Fresh lime juice

Garnish

1 to taste Lime wheel or wedge1 to taste Passion fruit seeds or pineapple wedge (optional)1 to taste Ice cubes

Method

Cocktail Base

Measure and combine

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Pour in 3 tbs Alizé, 1.5 tbs vodka, 2 tbs fresh orange juice and 1 tbs pineapple juice.

Shake

Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels cold (this chills and lightly dilutes the mix).

Mixer & Sparkle

Strain the shaken mixture into a chilled highball or Collins glass filled with fresh ice (leave about 1/2 inch at top for soda).

Top with 2 tbs club soda and add 1/2 tbs freshly squeezed lime juice. Gently stir once or twice to integrate the soda without losing too much fizz.

Garnish

Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge on the rim. If using, drop a half teaspoon of passion fruit seeds into the drink or perch a small pineapple wedge on the rim for visual and flavor lift.

Serve immediately with a short stirring spoon or straw.
