Veggie Patty Preparation

Cook the Broccoli
Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Allow to cool slightly, then chop finely.

Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, pecans, white cheddar, red onion, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form Patties
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.

Whipped Feta Preparation

Blend Feta Mixture
In a food processor, combine the crumbled feta, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Sun-Dried Tomato Jam Preparation

Cook the Jam
In a small saucepan, combine the sun-dried tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, honey, and water. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes. Let it cool.
Assembly

Assemble the Burger
Toast the Kaiser buns until golden brown. Spread a generous layer of whipped feta on each bottom bun, place a veggie patty on top, add a spoonful of sun-dried tomato jam, and finish with a handful of mixed greens. Top with the other half of the bun.
