Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Chill the Prosecco

Place the bottle of Prosecco in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours prior to preparation to ensure it is well chilled.

  2. 2

    Juice Preparation

In a large mixing jug, combine 2 cups of fresh orange juice and 1 cup of pineapple juice. Stir well to mix the juices together.

Mixing the Cocktail

  1. 3

    Combine Juices

Pour the mixed juices into a large tabletop goblet or pitcher. Slowly add the chilled Prosecco to the juice mixture, allowing it to bubble and foam.

  2. 4

    Add Grenadine

Carefully drizzle 1 tablespoon of grenadine into the mix. It will sink to the bottom, creating a beautiful layered effect.

Garnishing

  1. 5

    Garnish with Fruits

Add the fresh orange slices, pineapple wedges, and maraschino cherries into the goblet for decoration and added flavor.

  2. 6

    Optional Add-ins

If desired, add a handful of fresh mint leaves and edible flowers for an aromatic touch and vibrant presentation.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve and Enjoy

Serve immediately while the Prosecco is still bubbly. Provide guests with straws or ladles for easy serving from the centerpiece goblet.
