For the Salmon
- 1
Prepare the Salmon
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Sear the Salmon
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- 3
Glaze the Salmon
Flip the salmon fillets and pour the sweet & spicy glaze over them. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, spooning the glaze over the salmon as it cooks.
For the Sweet & Spicy Glaze

Mix the Glaze
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until well combined.
For the Broccoli

Steam the Broccoli
In a saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add broccoli florets and a teaspoon of salt. Cover and steam for 5-7 minutes until tender but still bright green.
For the Cilantro-Lime Rice

Cook the Rice
In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of white rice, 2 cups of water, and 1 tsp of salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes until the rice is cooked.
