Juice Preparation
Squeeze fresh oranges, pineapples, and grapefruits to extract their juices. If using pre-packaged juices, ensure they are 100% juice without added sugars.
- 2
Chill the Champagne
Place the champagne or sparkling wine in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to ensure it is well-chilled.
Mixing

Combine Juices
In a large pitcher or mixing container, combine equal parts of fresh orange juice, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, and grapefruit juice. Stir gently to mix well.
- 4
Serve the Mimosa
Pour the juice mixture into champagne flutes, filling them halfway. Top each glass with chilled champagne or sparkling wine, pouring slowly to prevent overflow.
