Prepare the Brownie Mixture
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined.

Add Eggs and Vanilla
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Combine Dry Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Bake the Brownies
Pour the brownie batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Prepare the Cheesecake Mixture
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the granulated sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy. Add the egg and mix until just combined.

Crush the Oreos
Crush the Oreo cookies into small pieces and fold them into the cheesecake mixture.

Swirl the Cheesecake into Brownies
Once the brownies have baked, remove them from the oven and let them cool for about 10 minutes. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer and use a knife to swirl it into the brownies.

Bake Again
Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the cheesecake layer is set. Let cool completely before slicing.
