Prepare the Beef Patty

Season the Beef
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until just combined.

Form the Patties
Divide the seasoned beef into two equal portions and shape them into patties, about ¾ inch thick.
Cook the Bacon

Fry the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess fat.
Cook the Patties

Grill or Pan-Fry
In the same skillet used for bacon, cook the beef patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness.

Add the Brie
During the last minute of cooking, place brie cheese on top of each patty to melt slightly.
Assemble the Burger

Toast the Buns
Split the Kaiser buns and toast them on a grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Layer the Ingredients
Spread lemon-herb mayo on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Place the cooked beef patty with melted brie on top.

Add Toppings
Top each patty with crispy bacon, a handful of mixed greens, crispy onion strings, and a generous spoonful of sun-dried tomato jam.

Finish the Burger
Cover with the top half of the bun and gently press down. Repeat with the second burger.
