Prep

Muddle & Combine
- 2
In a mixing glass or shaker (do not shake carbonated liquid), place the cucumber slices and mint leaves. Add the lime juice, lemon juice and simple syrup. Gently muddle 4–6 times until the cucumber releases light aroma and the mint is bruised — avoid over-muddling to prevent bitterness.
- 3
Add the measured Delta-9 tincture to the muddled mixture and stir gently for 10 seconds to incorporate the tincture with the citrus and syrup. (If the tincture is oil-based and does not mix fully, a brief vigorous stir will emulsify it enough for a single-serve seltzer.)
Assemble
- 4
Remove the chilled glass from the freezer and fill it about two-thirds full with ice (roughly 1 cup). Strain the muddled mixture over the ice using a fine strainer to catch solids, pouring the liquid evenly into the glass.
- 5
Top slowly with 12 fl oz chilled carbonated water (seltzer) to preserve carbonation. Stir gently 2–3 times with a bar spoon to combine flavors without flattening the seltzer.

Serve immediately. Allow 30–90 minutes for the Delta-9 onset; wait at least 2 hours before considering redosing. Consume responsibly and in accordance with local laws.
