If starting from uncolored fabric, mix blue fabric dye according to manufacturer instructions; submerge front panels and brim fabric and rinse and dry thoroughly until color is even and dry.

Cut or verify pre-cut cotton twill front panels, side panels, and brim cover match the trucker hat pattern you are using. Cut mesh back panels to fit pattern.

Fuse interfacing to the inside of the front panels following interfacing instructions, and press with an iron to ensure smooth adhesion.

Attach Front Panels
