Drink Preparation

1/2 cup (120 ml) Clamato juice3.04 tbsp (45 ml) Cowichan vodka or gin1.01 tbsp (15 ml) ReaLime juice4 pieces Shrimp, cooked and peeled2 tsp Masala spice mix1 piece Lime wedge, for garnish1 piece Celery stick, for garnish

Drink Assembly

Prepare the Glass

Rim a tall glass with lime juice and dip the rim into a plate of masala spice mix to coat evenly.

Mix the Drink

In a shaker, combine Clamato juice, Cowichan vodka or gin, and lime juice. Shake gently to mix.

Assemble the Drink

Pour the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice. Add the cooked shrimp on top.

Garnish

Garnish with a lime wedge and a celery stick for added flavor and presentation.
