Method
Prepare Dry Boosters
Measure grains and seeds
Measure 0.25 cup rolled oats and 1 tsp ground chia seeds. If you prefer smoother texture, pulse oats in a small spice grinder or blender for 5–10 seconds to make a finer powder.
Combine protein mix
Scoop 1 serving of vanilla protein powder and place in a small bowl or cup so it's ready to add to the blender. If your powder is clumpy, stir or sift lightly to break up lumps.
Blend Smoothie
Add yogurt and fruit
Add 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt, the sliced frozen banana, and 0.75 cup frozen mixed berries into the blender.
Add energy & protein ingredients
Add the 0.25 cup oats (ground if you prefer), 1 scoop protein powder, and 1 tablespoon almond butter to the jar.
Add electrolytes & sweetener
Add 1 teaspoon sea salt, 0.25 teaspoon magnesium powder (optional), and 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup to taste. Add 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice for brightness.
Ice and blend
Add about 6 ice cubes. Secure the lid and blend on high until completely smooth and homogenous, about 45–90 seconds depending on blender strength. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed, then blend again 10–15 seconds.
Finish & Serve
Rest for chia (optional)
If time allows and you used whole chia seeds (not ground), let the smoothie sit 3–5 minutes to allow chia to swell slightly for added texture and hydration.
Garnish and serve
Pour into a 16–20 oz sports bottle or glass. Garnish with a mint sprig and a thin banana slice or berry. Consume within 1–2 hours for best fresh flavor and peak electrolytes.
