Preparation of Hot Peppers

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Wash the fresh hot peppers thoroughly under cold water.

    Pat the hot peppers dry with a paper towel.

    Place the hot peppers on a baking sheet.

    Drizzle olive oil over the peppers and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

    Toss the peppers gently to ensure they are evenly coated in olive oil and seasonings.

    Spread the peppers out in a single layer on the baking sheet.

Preparation of Roasted Garlic

    Cut the tops off the garlic bulbs to expose the individual cloves.

    Drizzle olive oil over the exposed garlic cloves and sprinkle with salt.

    Wrap each garlic bulb in aluminum foil.

Roasting
