Sauté the Aromatics
In a large skillet or pot, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and red bell pepper, sautéing until softened, about 5 minutes. Then add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

Make the Sauce
Pour in the marinara sauce and red wine. Add the crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.

Simmer
Reduce heat to low and let the cioppino simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the mussels and clams have opened and the shrimp are fully cooked.

Finish with Fresh Herbs
Stir in the chopped fresh parsley just before serving, adjusting seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed.
