Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.
- 2
Make the Marinade
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until combined.
- 3
Marinate the Wings
Pour the marinade over the chicken wings in the large bowl. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated in the marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
Cooking
- 4
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your brick oven to 425°F (220°C). If using a conventional oven, preheat in the same manner.
- 5
Arrange the Wings
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup. Arrange the marinated chicken wings in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- 6
Bake the Wings
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the wings are golden brown and crispy, turning them halfway through the cooking time.
- 7
Serve
Once cooked through, remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
