Bruschetta

    Prepare the Baguette

    Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices and arrange them on a baking sheet.

    Toast the Bread

    Drizzle the olive oil over the bread slices and toast in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 5-7 minutes until golden.

    Prepare the Tomato Mixture

    Chop the fresh tomatoes, basil leaves, and minced garlic. Combine in a bowl and season with salt and black pepper.

    Assemble

    Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted baguette slices and serve immediately.

Stuffed Mushrooms

    Preheat the Oven

    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Mushrooms

    Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Set the caps aside and chop the stems finely.

Caprese Skewers

    Wash cherry tomatoes and basil leaves. Drain fresh mozzarella balls.

    On small skewers or toothpicks, alternate cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and basil leaves.

    Drizzle balsamic glaze over the skewers and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
