Prepare the Vegetables
Wash the cherry tomatoes and slice them in halves. Peel and slice the cucumber into bite-sized pieces. Remove the seeds and slice the bell pepper into thin strips. Drain the artichoke hearts and cut them into quarters.

Prepare the Proteins
Slice the salami into thin rounds. If using anchovies, drain them and set aside. If the mozzarella balls are large, cut them in half.

Combine Ingredients
In a large serving platter or bowl, arrange the prepared cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, black olives, artichoke hearts, salami, mozzarella balls, and anchovies (if using) in a visually appealing manner.

Add Seasoning
Sprinkle fresh basil leaves over the arranged ingredients. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the top, then season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Serve the Antipasto
Allow the antipasto to sit for about 10 minutes to let the flavors meld. Serve at room temperature as a starter or appetizer.
