Prepare the Dip
In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed corn, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cotija cheese, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined and creamy.
Add Fresh Herbs
Fold in the chopped fresh cilantro into the dip mixture, ensuring it's evenly distributed.
Serve
