Colostrum Powder Blend
Mix & Serve
Optional Add-ins
Method
Prepare Powder Blend
Whisk or dry-shake the powders together for 10–20 seconds to evenly distribute the lecithin and protein within the colostrum powder.
Dissolving & Serving (Cold)
Create a slurry (optional, but recommended for cold liquids)
Pour 50 ml hot (not boiling) water into a small cup. Add the measured powder blend and stir rapidly for 15–20 seconds until a smooth slurry forms. This pre-dissolves the powders and prevents lumps when adding cold liquid.
Finish mixing
Transfer the slurry to a shaker or glass. Add 200 ml cold water (so total cold water used is 250 ml including slurry technique) and any optional sweetener, pinch of salt, or vanilla. Close the shaker and shake vigorously for 15–30 seconds, or stir briskly with a whisk for 20–30 seconds until fully combined and slightly frothy.
Taste and adjust: add an additional 50–100 ml water or 1 tsp honey if you prefer a thinner consistency or sweeter flavor.
Dissolving & Serving (Warm)
If you prefer warm, heat 150–200 ml milk or water to warm temperature (do not boil). Add the powder blend directly to the warm liquid and whisk vigorously for 20–30 seconds until dissolved. Avoid overheating to preserve bioactivity.
Stir in optional flavorings (vanilla or cocoa) and sweetener if desired. Serve immediately.
Optional Add-ins & Storage
Store unused colostrum powder in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is optional but not required; keep humidity low. Use within the manufacturer’s recommended time after opening.
Clean utensils and shaker promptly to avoid powder sticking; soak briefly in warm water if needed.
