Colostrum Powder Blend

Flavor & Texture Enhancers (optional)

Optional Recovery Boosters

Method

Prepare Base

1

Measure Colostrum

Scoop 3 g of the cold-processed grass-fed colostrum powder into a clean, dry mixing cup or shaker bottle. This is one standard serving (contains the product's 3 g per scoop specification).

2

If using additional recovery boosters (collagen or BCAA), add their measured amounts to the same cup now so they dissolve together.

Mixing & Flavoring

3

Add Liquid

Pour 8 oz (approximately 240 ml) of cold filtered water into the shaker or mixing cup. If you prefer a creamier texture, replace water with unsweetened almond milk or another milk of choice.

4

Add Optional Flavorings

If desired, add 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup for sweetness, 1 tsp vanilla extract for aroma, and/or 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder and 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon for a chocolate-cinnamon profile. These are optional but complement the natural flavor.

5

Add Ice (Optional)

Add about 4 ice cubes if you want a chilled, refreshing drink. Ice also helps with texture when blending.

6

Shake or Blend

Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 20–30 seconds until the powder is fully dissolved and the drink is uniform. Alternatively, blend on low-medium speed for 10–15 seconds if using a blender (this yields a smoother texture and better incorporation of collagen/BCAAs).

Serve & Store

7

Taste and adjust sweetness or flavor as needed. If too thick or concentrated, add an additional 1–2 oz (30–60 ml) of liquid and mix again.

8

Serve immediately for best bioactivity and freshness. If you prepared in advance, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not heat above room temperature to preserve cold-processed bioactive compounds.

9

Rinse and dry the shaker or blender promptly to avoid residue buildup.
