Mix the Ingredients
In a shaker, combine 2 oz of Irish whiskey, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, and the fresh mint leaves.
Shake Well
Gently shake the mixture to release the mint flavor, but do not over-shake.
Pour the Mixture
Strain the mixture into the chilled glass filled with ice.
Add Ginger Beer
Top the drink with 4 oz of ginger beer and give it a gentle stir to combine.
Garnish
Garnish the drink with a lime wedge and a sprig of fresh mint for a refreshing look.
