Gather Ingredients
Collect all the ingredients: Aperol, Cava, soda water, an orange slice, and ice cubes.
Fill Glass with Ice
Take a large wine glass and fill it generously with ice cubes.
Pour Aperol
Measure 3 oz of Aperol using a jigger and pour it over the ice in the glass.
Add Cava
Carefully pour 6 oz of Cava into the glass over the Aperol.
Top with Soda Water
Add 1 oz of soda water gently on top to maintain the bubbles.
Garnish
Take an orange slice and place it on the rim of the glass or float it on top of the drink for garnish.
Serve
Serve immediately with a straw or stirrer, and enjoy your refreshing Aperol Spritz!
