Steak
Lobster Tail
Method
Prepare the Steak
Rest the Steak
Remove the ribeye from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Prepare the Lobster Tail
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Prepare the Lobster
Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tail lengthwise, being careful not to cut the meat. Gently pull the meat out to rest on top of the shell.
Season the Lobster
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Brush this mixture generously over the lobster meat.
Bake the Lobster
Place the lobster tail on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
