Prepare the Potatoes

Boil the medium potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Corn

In a separate pot, bring water to a boil. Add the corn on the cob and boil for about 7-10 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Garlic Butter

In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic cloves and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

Cook the Royal Reds

Add the Royal Reds shrimp to the pan with garlic butter. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook until the shrimp turn pink and opaque, about 3-5 minutes.

Plate the Dish

On a large serving plate, arrange the boiled potatoes and corn on the cob. Top with the cooked Royal Reds shrimp, drizzling any remaining garlic butter over the top. Serve with lemon wedges.
