Directions
Prepare the Glass
Fill a rocks glass with ice to chill while you prepare the drink.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Ketel One Vodka, St. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur, Rich Demerara Syrup, and chocolate bitters. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
Strain and Serve
Empty the ice from the rocks glass and strain the mixture into the glass over fresh ice.
Add the Cream
Slowly pour the lightly whipped heavy cream over the back of a spoon to float it on top of the drink.
Garnish and Enjoy
Optionally, garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder or chocolate shavings, and serve immediately.
