Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Fill a highball glass with ice to chill.
Mix the Ingredients
In a shaker, combine Roku Gin, Romate Fino Sherry, lime juice, simple syrup, and saline solution. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.
Add Soda Water
Top off the drink with soda water.
Garnish
Garnish with cucumber slices and fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately.
