Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat. Season the boneless chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Cook the Chicken
Grill or pan-fry the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Add Ham and Cheese
Once the chicken is cooked through, place 2 slices of shaved ham and 1 slice of Swiss cheese on top of each chicken breast. If using a grill, close the lid for a minute to melt the cheese. If using an oven, place under the broiler for about 2 minutes.
Serve
Remove from heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving. Enjoy your Chicken Supreme!
