In a large bowl, combine the whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Whisk until smooth and well combined.

Preheat a griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Dip each slice of brioche bread into the tres leches mixture, allowing it to soak for about 30 seconds on each side. Ensure the bread is well-coated but not falling apart.
