Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Wash the red apples thoroughly and cut them into quarters, removing any bruised or damaged parts.

Using a cider press, extract the juice from the prepared apples and collect it in a clean container.

In the apple juice, dissolve the sugar and malic acid to enhance flavor. Stir well until fully dissolved.

Dilute the apple juice with 1000 ml of water to adjust the sweetness and acidity.

Sprinkle the cider yeast over the mixture and gently stir to combine. Allow it to sit for about 10 minutes.

Cover the container with a clean cloth and let it ferment in a cool, dark place for 1-2 weeks, stirring daily.

After fermentation, add potassium sorbate to prevent further fermentation and stabilize the cider.

Transfer the cider into clean bottles, leaving some space at the top. Seal the bottles tightly.

Let the cider age in a cool, dark place for at least 4 weeks before enjoying.
