Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Harvest the Malbec grapes and crush them to release the juice.

Harvesting and Crushing

Add water and sugar to the crushed grapes, then introduce yeast. Allow the mixture to ferment in a controlled environment for 7 to 14 days.

Fermentation

After fermentation, press the mixture to separate the liquid wine from the solids.

Pressing

Transfer the wine to a fermentation vessel and add oak chips. Allow it to age for at least 3 to 6 months.

Aging

Once aged, filter the wine and add sulfites before bottling. Seal the bottles and store in a cool, dark place.
