Method
Pimento Cheese Filling
Mix the Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated sharp cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, diced pimentos, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Sandwich Assembly
Add Pimento Cheese
Spread a generous amount of the pimento cheese mixture on the unbuttered side of each slice of bread on the surface. Top with the remaining slices of bread, butter-side up, to form sandwiches.
HAUS Cut Fries
Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and peel the russet potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to form fries, about 1/4 inch thick.
Serving
Serve the Sandwiches and Fries
Cut each pimento cheese sandwich in half and serve with a side of HAUS cut fries. Offer a glass of sweetened or unsweetened fountain drink for the perfect meal.
