Tomato-Prosciutto Sauce
1. Prepare the Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add diced tomatoes, prosciutto, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes.
2. Make the Meatballs
In a large bowl, combine ground duck, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, minced garlic, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
3. Form and Cook the Meatballs
