Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Strawberry Shake, regular size

Rich and velvety, with notes of dark fruits.

Select ripe Merlot grapes. Ensure that they are free from rot or damage. Harvest approximately 100 kg of grapes.

Harvesting Grapes

Crush the grapes using a grape crusher or by hand in a clean container to release the juice.

Crushing Grapes

Transfer the crushed grapes and juice to a fermentation vessel. Add 5 liters of water and 100 grams of yeast. Stir in 2 kg of sugar to enhance the fermentation process. Cover the vessel with a clean cloth.

Fermentation

Allow the mixture to ferment at room temperature for 7-14 days. Stir daily and monitor the fermentation process.

Primary Fermentation

After the primary fermentation, siphon the liquid into a clean carboy, leaving the sediment behind. This process may take several weeks.

Secondary Fermentation

If desired, add 50 grams of oak chips to the carboy for flavor enhancement. Seal the carboy and allow the Merlot to age for at least 6 months.

Aging

After aging, siphon the wine into clean bottles, seal them with corks, and label them. Store in a cool, dark place.
