Tuna Tartare Directions

1

Prepare the Tuna

Start by finely dicing the yellowfin tuna into small cubes. Make sure to use a sharp knife for clean cuts.

2

Mix the Marinade

In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, and chili paste. Stir well to blend all the flavors together.

3

Marinate the Tuna

Add the diced tuna to the marinade and gently mix to coat all the pieces evenly. Allow it to marinate in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.

4

Prepare the Avocado

While the tuna is marinating, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Dice the avocado into small cubes.

5

Assemble the Dish

On a serving plate, create a layer of diced avocado. Spoon the marinated tuna over the avocado, ensuring an even distribution.

6

Garnish and Serve

Sprinkle chopped cilantro, salt, black pepper, and sesame seeds over the top. Serve immediately as a hot mezede.
