Sour Cherry Margarita Ingredients

Method

Sour Cherry Margarita Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Glass

If you prefer a salty rim, take a lime wedge and run it around the rim of your glass. Then, dip the rim into a plate of salt to coat it evenly. Set the glass aside.

  2. 2

    Mix the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Cimarron Reposado tequila, 1 oz of Cointreau, 2 oz of Greek sour cherry juice, and 1 oz of fresh lime juice.

  3. 3

    Add Ice

Fill the cocktail shaker with ice cubes (about 1 cup) to chill the mixture.

  4. 4

    Shake It Up

Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds, until the mixture is well chilled.

  5. 5

    Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice (if desired).

  6. 6

    Garnish

Finally, garnish your margarita with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately and enjoy!
