1

Prepare the Lobster

Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add the lobsters and boil for 8-10 minutes until they are bright red. Remove and place in an ice bath to stop the cooking process.

2

Cook the King Crab

If using pre-cooked Alaskan king crab legs, simply thaw them in the refrigerator overnight. If raw, steam the crab legs for about 6-8 minutes until cooked through. Allow to cool.

3

Prepare the Oysters

Shuck the fresh oysters on a clean surface using an oyster knife. Place them on a platter with ice to keep them chilled.

4

Cook the Jumbo Shrimp

Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the shrimp, and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Remove and place in an ice bath.

5

Cook the Mussels and Clams

In a large pot, add a cup of water and steam the mussels and clams for about 5-7 minutes or until they open. Discard any that do not open.

6

Assemble the Seafood Tower

On a large platter or tiered stand, arrange the lobster, crab legs, oysters, shrimp, mussels, and clams. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley.

7

Serve with Accoutrements

Offer crab cocktail, cocktail sauce, and hot sauce on the side for dipping. Enjoy your seafood tower chilled!
