Prepare the Rosemary-Infused Vodka
To make rosemary-infused vodka, combine 1 cup of vodka with a few sprigs of fresh rosemary in a jar. Seal the jar and let it sit in a cool, dark place for at least 48 hours, shaking it occasionally. Strain the vodka through a fine mesh sieve before using.

Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of rosemary-infused vodka, 1 oz of elderflower liqueur, 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice, 1 oz of cranberry juice, and 0.5 oz of simple syrup.

Shake with Ice
Fill the shaker with ice cubes (about 1 cup) and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish
Garnish the drink with a fresh sprig of rosemary. Serve immediately.
