Prepare the Glass
Take a tall glass and fill it with ice cubes to chill the drink.

Add Mastiha Liqueur
Pour 2 oz of Mastiha liqueur over the ice in the glass.

Add Lime Juice
Squeeze fresh lime juice and add 0.5 oz to the glass.

Top with Ginger Beer
Pour 4 oz of ginger beer into the glass, allowing the ingredients to mix.

Garnish
Add fresh mint leaves on top and garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of mint.
