Method

Grilling

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Shrimp

Add the jumbo shrimp to the marinade, ensuring each shrimp is coated evenly. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C). Make sure the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

  4. 4

    Skewer the Shrimp

Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers, ensuring they are spaced evenly. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.

  5. 5

    Grill the Shrimp

Place the skewered shrimp on the preheated grill. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. Do not overcook.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove the shrimp from the grill and transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with ladolemeno.
