Method

Omelette Preparation

1

Beat the Eggs

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

2

Cook the Omelette

In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and let it cook for about 2 minutes until the edges begin to set.

3

Add Toppings

Sprinkle your choice of toppings (up to 4) evenly over one half of the omelette. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the toppings are heated through and the eggs are fully set.

4

Fold and Serve

Carefully fold the omelette in half and slide it onto a plate. Cut in half if desired.

Potato Hash Preparation

5

Cook the Potatoes

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the cubed potatoes and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10-12 minutes until they are golden and crispy.

6

Add Garlic and Seasoning

Add minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika to the potatoes. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.

7

Serve

Serve the potato hash alongside the omelette.
