Method

Cocktail

1

Chill glass (optional)

Place a coupe or rocks glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes to chill while you prepare the cocktail.

2

Build and shake

Add ice to a cocktail shaker (about 3/4 full). Pour in 2 oz Stoli Vanilla, 1 oz crème de cacao, 1 oz pumpkin syrup, and 2 oz half-and-half. Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosty and the mix is well-chilled and slightly foamy.

3

Strain

Remove the chilled glass from the freezer (or prepare glass). Double-strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe or over fresh ice in a rocks glass using a Hawthorne strainer and a fine mesh strainer to remove ice shards and ensure a silky texture.

Garnish & Finish

4

Lightly dust the top of the drink with a pinch of ground cinnamon and a small grate of fresh nutmeg. Optionally, garnish with a cinnamon stick laid across the rim or placed upright in the glass.

5

Serve immediately. Provide a small spoon or stirrer if served on the rocks to allow the guest to combine layers as they sip.
