Ham, cheddar cheese, fresh tomatoes, and arugula.

Sliced turkey, lettuce, tomato, and mustard in a whole wheat wrap.

Select ripe Chardonnay grapes from the vineyard, ensuring they are free from blemishes or rot.

Gently crush the grapes to release the juice. Use a grape crusher or do it by hand.

Pour the crushed grapes and juice into a fermentation vessel, ensuring it is sanitized to avoid contamination.

Add the yeast and yeast nutrient to the grape juice and stir gently to combine.

Cover the fermentation vessel with a cloth and allow it to ferment at a controlled temperature (18-22°C) for about 2 weeks.

After fermentation is complete, press the wine to separate the liquid from the solids.

Mix in the fresh lemon juice, lime juice, apple slices, and pear slices to the wine.

Transfer the wine into clean, sterilized bottles and seal them tightly.

Refrigerate the bottled wine for a few hours before serving. Pour into glasses and enjoy the fresh, unoaked Chardonnay.
