Ham, cheddar cheese, fresh tomatoes, and arugula.

Sliced turkey, lettuce, tomato, and mustard in a whole wheat wrap.

Select ripe Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Ensure they are free from blemishes. Remove stems and wash thoroughly.

Wash and hull the red fruits (cherries, raspberries, or strawberries) and chop them into small pieces.

Chop fresh herbs finely and set aside. Measure the dried lavender and black peppercorns.

In a large container, combine the washed Cabernet Sauvignon grapes with the chopped red fruits. Gently crush the mixture to release the juices.

Add the chopped fresh herbs, dried lavender, and black peppercorns to the grape mixture. Stir well.

Pour in the water and add honey to the mixture. Stir until the honey is fully dissolved.

Cover the container with a cloth and leave it in a cool, dark place for 7-10 days, stirring daily to promote fermentation.

After fermentation, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a clean bottle, discarding solids.

Transfer the liquid into a clean bottle and seal it tightly. Allow it to rest for at least one week before serving.
