Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Strawberry Shake, regular size

Harvest 2 kg of ripe Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, ensuring they are free from any rot or damage.

Harvesting Grapes

Crush the harvested grapes in a clean container to release the juice. This can be done manually or using a grape crusher.

Crushing Grapes

Add water (500 ml) to the crushed grapes to dilute the mixture slightly. Sprinkle yeast (10 g) over the mixture and stir gently to combine.

Fermentation Setup

Dissolve sugar (100 g) in a small amount of warm water and add it to the grape mixture to enhance fermentation.

Adding Sugar

Cover the fermentation vessel with a clean cloth and let it sit at room temperature for 7-10 days, stirring daily. The mixture should begin to bubble and ferment.

Fermentation Process

After fermentation is complete, press the mixture to separate the liquid from the solids. Collect the liquid in a clean container.

Pressing the Wine

Transfer the wine into a French oak barrel for aging. Add 50 ml of plum extract to the wine to enhance its flavor profile. Seal the barrel tightly.

Aging in Oak

Allow the wine to age in the oak barrel for at least 6 months, tasting periodically to monitor flavor development.

Aging Time

Once the wine has reached the desired flavor, carefully siphon it into clean bottles, ensuring no sediment is transferred. Seal the bottles with corks.

Bottling

Let the bottled wine rest for an additional month before serving to allow the flavors to harmonize. Serve at room temperature.
