Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Select ripe Pinot Noir grapes and remove any stems. Crush the grapes gently to release the juice.

Prepare the Grapes

In a fermentation vessel, combine the crushed grapes with 150 ml of water, 5 grams of sugar, and 1 tsp of yeast. Stir well to ensure the yeast is activated.

Combine Ingredients

Cover the fermentation vessel with a cloth and let the mixture ferment for 7-10 days at room temperature. Stir daily to prevent mold.

Fermentation

After fermentation, add 1 tsp of cherry extract and 1 tsp of your spice blend (cinnamon, nutmeg, clove) to the mixture. Stir well to incorporate.

Add Flavorings

Transfer the wine to an oak barrel or a container with oak chips. Allow it to age for at least 6 months to develop its flavors.

Aging

Once aged, carefully siphon the wine into clean bottles, leaving sediment behind. Seal the bottles with corks.

Bottling

Let the wine rest for a few weeks before tasting. Serve chilled and enjoy the rich flavors of cherry and spice.
