Chicken Marinade

Sweet Chili Sauce

For Skewering

Method

Marinating the Chicken

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a large bowl, combine sesame oil, gluten-free soy sauce, sesame jam, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Mix well to create the marinade.

2

Marinate the Chicken

Add the cubed chicken breast to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

Assembling and Cooking

3

Prepare the Skewers

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

4

Skewer the Chicken

Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers. Leave space between each piece for even cooking.

5

Grill the Skewers

Place the skewers on the preheated grill. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.

Serving

6

Serve with Sauce

Remove the skewers from the grill and serve hot with a side of sweet chili sauce for dipping.
